Performance Victoria 2.0 plays with animation of character’s body, objects and the theatre itself in a very smart, playful and funny way, all this with an extremely charming pound or two in surplus.

With a single breath? Impressed! Štiglic made a show within a show with the small, totally versatile camera (Go Pro), she turned the point of view to change our seats into TV-couches. And what do we watch from the couch? Sports! Who watches sport? Couch selectors. And what would sports commentators like best? The couch of selector’s commentary! That tells us that badminton Barbie is, well, fat! What kind of comments, what a twist, what a jab! Bravo!

Well conceived intermingling of performative, puppetry and video technology in this performance is brought up to a point when besides almost ceaseless display of power (what performer allows herself to do with her body, to Barbies, fruit, eggs and, at the end, to a giant disfigured stuffed teddy-bear) a creative power is also being born barely noticeably.
